No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new sign on existing awning composed of 5 1/2 inches-high lettering reading 'Go Fresh' to match placement and dimensions of sign on awning at 1209 Potomac St. as shown in supplemental drawings dated 19 January 2011, provided existing awning is relocated to cover from the edge of the door to the edge of the window as previously approved (see case OG 08-247). No objection to wood storm door to match storm door at 1209 Potomac St. The Board notes that the rooftop ductwork installed prior to review has been removed. Chimney must be repaired to original condition. Satellite dish must be relocated to where it is not visible from the street. Wire on side wall must be removed. Corrective work to be completed no later than 30 April 2011. Signs are not part of this permit application and will be filed by future tenants for review by the Commission separately. Recommend a third street tree be planted in collaboration with DDOT.
