Recommend AGAINST concept design for alterations to facade as proposed in two-story bay window. There is no objection to a general concept for alterations to the facade, which is non-contributing to the historic district, to introduce a one-story bay window, and for the demolition associated with the project. File new submission of concept design for alterations for a one-story projecting bay window, in either traditional or contemporary detailing, for review by the Commission when ready.
