No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of six cellular antennas at the penthouses of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2015, PROVIDED that the antennas be painted to match the penthouse walls, and PROVIDED that the antennas not project above the penthouse walls to which they are attached. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of twelve cellular panels and a screened equipment platform on the roof of an existing building, and for the replacement of an existing generator in the rear yard, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2015, PROVIDED that the rooftop equipment screen match the existing penthouse in color and appearance. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

Staff notes with regret that two fences were installed prior to review or permit and that a violation notice was issued by DCRA. No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement 40" high wood fence in the rear yard of an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2015. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of a new wood screening fence in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2015. No objection to the concept for the renovation of and addition to an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2015 and supplemental materials received and dated 6 October 2015. No objection to the issuance of a permit for site modifications, replacement facades, and other modifications to an existing mixed-use building to convert the structure to mostly residential use, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2015. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of two flags, one American and one Turkish, on the roof of an existing commercial office building in close proximity to the federal office precinct around the White House, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2015.

Returned without action. Concept submission for the renovation of a historic carriage house and modifications to two later additions, as shown in materials received and dated 2 October 2015, was withdrawn by the applicant.
