No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement asphalt shingle roof, as shown in materials received and dated 7 April 2017. No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of replacement storefront doors, replacement light fixtures, and new wall sconce light fixtures at an existing terrace on the eighth floor of an existing office building, as shown in materials received and dated 7 April 2017 and supplemental materials 18 April 2017, PROVIDED that the exterior finish color and glass color of the doors match the existing windows exactly. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement membrane roof and for modifications to the front yard to convert a paved patio to a planted space, as shown in materials received and dated 7 April 2017.
