Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of two cellular panel antennas and associated equipment for Verizon Wireless, to be mounted to a maximum height of 8'-6" above the roof of an existing 3.5 story, 37'-7" tall building, as shown in materials received and dated 2 February 2018, due to their inappropriate height and character as proposed for the Victorian style building. Recommend consultation with staff on the design of a more compatible installation for this or another site. Forward a new submission with a revised design when ready.
