No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of low-profile solar panels on the roof of an existing house and associated equipment on the rear wall of the house, as shown in materials received and dated 3 June 2022 and supplemental materials received and dated 21 June 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of an addition to an existing house, the reconstruction of the roof and several retaining walls, and the installation of new skylights and replacement windows, doors, siding, railings, light fixtures, and awnings, as shown in materials received and dated 3 June 2022 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 June 2022 and 21 June 2022. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No objection to the concept for one new building identification sign at the north entrance of an existing building under renovation, and for the repainting of stonework on the north and east facades, as shown in materials received and dated 3 June 2022. No objection to the issuance of a permit for repairs to existing site walls at townhouse units 431-449 of Tiber Island Cooperative Homes, including repointing the interior-facing vertical surfaces and applying a clear water-repellent sealant to the skyward-facing surfaces, as shown in materials received and dated 3 June 2022. Previously proposed new metal coping has been removed from the scope of work. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. No objection to the concept for repair and replacement of existing stucco on the north facade of an existing wing of Decatur House and for the replacement of one set of exterior stone steps, as shown in materials received and dated 3 June 2022 and supplemental materials received and dated 9 June 2022. Previously proposed alternate for custom printed construction scaffold scrim has been removed from the scope of work. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: This is a concept approval only.
