No objection to the concept for proposed window and awning replacement with facade modification and repair as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2007. Please submit complete set of proposed project drawings and materials with permit when ready. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board.

No objection to the concept for proposed addition and renovation as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2007 with supplemental information received and dated 13 July 2007, with the exception of the proposed roof terrace outdoor spa. Recommend proceeding with the alternative that includes the garage. Suggest relocation of existing memorial to a more appropriate and accessible site. Submit complete set of drawings and information, including landscape plan, with permit application when ready.
