Recommend AGAINST the issuance of permit for a replacement fence as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2006, due to insufficient information. Submit complete fence proposal including photographs of the house, proposed fence location, and context with drawings showing style of proposed fence and permit application for review when ready.

No objection to the proposed concept for the renovation of the parish house and the addition of 2-story connection between church and parish house as shown in drawings received and dated 6 October 2006. Design is consistent with previously approved concept (see case # SL 06-122).

It is understood that the signs will be in place less than twelve months and only for the celebration of the library's 75th anniversary.

No objection to the issuance of permit for two exterior halo-lit signs as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2006.
