No objection to the concept for the proposed renovation and addition as shown in drawings received and dated 5 January 2004. Note is made that the project must be reviewed by the Board of Zoning Adjustment and the Historic Preservation Review Board. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of cost reductions or further reviews in the process must be re-submited to the Commission for consideration.

No objection to the issuance of permit for the proposed renovation and addition as shown in drawings received and dated 8 January 2004. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review and may contain conflicts with zoning code. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of cost reductions or further reviews in the process must be submitted to the Commission for consideration.

No objection to the concept for the proposed addition as shown in drawings received and dated 18 January 2004, with the following recommendations: new windows should be the same size and located on the same datum as windows in the existing structure and the deck should be rectilinear in its footprint.

No objection to the concept for the proposed roof addition and deck enclosure as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 9 January 2004.
