No objection to issuance of permit for proposed 6 1/4-inch high lettering reading 'Fine Wines and Spirits' on valance of front awning ONLY as shown in supplemental drawings dated 13 February 2008. Lettering on side panels of awnings was NOT approved. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval. Non-conforming neon signs against the storefront glass must be relocated 18-inches behind the glass or removed no later than 31 March 2008.
