No objection to issuance of permit for proposed addition of second floor at rear and for alterations as shown in supplemental drawings dated 11 July 2008 which indicate extension of existing chimney, and elimination of windows on side walls as per DCRA review. Mechanical equipment will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
