Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed perimeter fence as shown in supplemental drawings dated 17 June 2008 which indicate a brick retaining wall no taller than 2-ft high with cast iron fence on west property line with a return wall no taller than 10-in high to align with front facade of house, a 7-ft high wood fence to the north and south, a 7-ft high iron fence on rear portion of north property line, a brick garden wall no taller than 8'-6" high to the east, two post mounted gas lanterns no taller than 18-inches high; reconstruction of front steps on new foundation to match existing condition and re-using existing steps and railing, and retention of paving on walkway to entry door. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
