No objection to issuance of permit for proposed excavation, sheeting and shoring, foundation-to-grade and site work in coordination with construction of new Science Center building under separate review (OG 08-159). Applicants are aware that final permit review of building above grade may impact on underground work. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
