No objection to issuance of permit for existing board fence on side yard and rear provided lintel above entry gate is removed and fence is no taller than 7-ft high. Fence must be painted or stained, and supports must face inside the property. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
