No objection to issuance of permit for proposed new three-car garage to replace existing two-car garage as shown in supplemental drawings dated 22 February and 12 March 2008, which indicate use of 7 1/4-inch high black light fixtures. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
