No objection to the issuance of permit for construction of a new office building as the third phase of Station Place, as shown in materials received and dated 5 September 2008. The design of this building conforms with the previously-approved concept submission for Station Place (SL 02-004) and with the design of the two previously-constructed phases (SL 02-078 and SL 03-063). Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
