No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including rear screened porch, roof top mechanical equipment (where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare, and replacement window sashes as shown in supplemental drawings dated 13 November 2009, which indicate 1/1 insulated wood windows sized to fit masonry opening and matching dimensions, profile and details of original windows. Recommend covering upper sash's exposed track with wood insert to match historical appearance. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
