Installation of temporary oxygen tanks on roadbed behind construction fence with scrim does not deviate from previous permit drawings (see case OG 08-211). Temporary installation will remain only during construction of oxygen tank courtyard, not to exceed one year. Existing wall will not be altered. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design that would make any part of the work visible must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
