No objection to issuance of Public Space Permit for replacement of stoop with new brick stairs to match existing stoop on adjacent building, including re-using existing 32-inch high metal railing. Note that new fanlight above door must match one on adjacent house as previously approved under case OG 08-273. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
