No objection to issuance of permit for proposed removal of stucco, replacement of wood German lap siding to match adjacent house, and replacement 6/6 windows on side and rear facades as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 June 2010, which indicate repair of existing 6/6 single glazed wood windows on front facade and repair of existing tin roof on both slopes of gable on main block of historic building. Proposed replacement of windows on front facade and of standing seam metal roof were not approved and were deleted from this permit application. Recommend repair of existing 6/6 single glazed wood windows on front facade and repair of existing tin roof on both slopes of gable on main block of historic building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
