No objection to the final plans for an addition to the existing Temporary Visitor Entrance Building on East Executive Drive, as shown in materials received and dated 4 October 2010, for a period not to exceed four years, provided that, as soon as possible, a master plan be developed that eliminates the use of long-term temporary structures, that a permanent visitor entrance facility be developed, and when the temporary structures are removed that the site be restored to its original condition.
