Dear Mr. Shepperson,
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final design of the proposed new Southeastern Bus Garage and Maintenance Facility for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority at D.C. Village Lane and Shepherd Parkway, SW. The staff has no objections to final design for this project.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 29 October 2010, we approve the final submission of the Southeastern Bus Garage and Maintenance Facility, as documented in the materials received and dated 17 March 2011. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
