No objection to general concept design for proposed alterations to Washington Harbour, including new storefronts and entrances to office lobbies with new marquees, planters, fountain, and awnings. Recommend selection of new light fixtures that shine down only. Provide report from arborist as part of new tree selection in proposed landscape plan. Install mock-up of illuminated panels at spandrels within arches for review by the Old Georgetown Board. File new submission of working drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for review by the Commission.
