No objection to the issuance of permit for the shiny brass finish on letters for signs, for the proposed awnings on north facade over pedestrian walkway, for relocation of light fixtures on the 31st St building and for the removal of the light fixtures on M St and at the corner. Sign above 31st St shop window must be installed as previously approved (see case OG 10-088) sized to fit within window opening. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
