No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme for 'Loft' including back-lit sign composed of 12-inch-high letters mounted to storefront cornice and for 4-inch-high vinyl applied to base of shop windows as shown in supplemental drawings dated 14 March 2011. Oversized lettering, sign on transoms and on decorative brick panels on facade were not approved and were deleted from this permit application. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed rooftop mechanical equipment at rear where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
