Recommend AGAINST concept design for proposed reorientation of front entry stairs and reconstruction with slate treads, or for door surround as proposed. Recommend that reconstructed stairs in either wood or brick match existing orientation sideways in front of house, that door surround is simplified with a 7 inch casing and no dentils, and that electrical meter is relocated to the interior of the building. File new submission of revised design, including details and dimensions, for review by the Commission.
