No objection to general concept design for proposed 1-story rear addition with basement as shown in Option A of supplemental drawings dated 22 February 2011 which indicate a painted brick base and frame construction shuttered porch top PROVIDED bay addition is pulled back from the corner of the main house as far back as it is from the corner of the addition. File new submission of working drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for review by the Commission. A two-story rear addition is not appropriate to this historic building and was deleted from this concept design.
