No objection to the proposed installation of a replacement pedestrian access ramp at the C Street main entrance to the Cohen Federal Buildingt, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011. This ramp installation is part of a waterproofing project but is considered an interim installation which may be changed later as part of the streetscape alterations proposed in the 3rd and C Street Urban Improvements Master Plan.
