No objection to the final plans for the relocation of the Alexander Calder sculpture, 'Gwenfritz,' to its original location in the reflection pool on the west side of the museum's grounds and for the restoration of the reflection pool, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011. In addition, there is no objection to the light colored Pebble Tec finish for the bottom surface of the pool (which is in concurrence with the preference of the DC Historic Preservation Office) and the use of linear LED lighting fixtures to illuminate the pool and point-source LED fixtures to accent the sculpture and light the plaza.

No objection to the proposed installation of a rooftop air handler unit on the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011.

No objection to the proposed installation of a replacement pedestrian access ramp at the C Street main entrance to the Cohen Federal Buildingt, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011. This ramp installation is part of a waterproofing project but is considered an interim installation which may be changed later as part of the streetscape alterations proposed in the 3rd and C Street Urban Improvements Master Plan.

No objection to the proposed entrance lobby renovations and alterations to the Judiciary Square Federal Office Building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011.

No objection to the proposed new fence at Embassy of Slovakia compound located in the International Center, as shown in materials received and dated 4 November 2011.

No objection to the proposed installation of one rooftop satellite antenna on the center building of Federal Center Plaza, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011.

No objection to the proposed revisions to the concept design to include an additional turnstile at each of the new permanent Corridors 2 and 3 Pedestrian Access Control Points located on the elevated bridges at the Pentagon, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011.

No objection to the proposed concept design 'Alternative D with Open Fence Design,' as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011.

No objection to the proposed final plans for the renovation and modernization of Engine Company No. 23, which includes the widening of the engine bay door, as shown in materials received and dated 18 October 2011.

No objection to the proposed final plans for the renovation of and modifications to the existing Takoma Elementary School building, including minor additions and site improvements, as shown in materials received and dated 28 October 2011. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final draft of the Van Ness Campus Master Plan 2011-2020 for the University of the District of Columbia, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2011. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
