No objection to use of German siding to match adjacent building as shown in supplemental drawings dated 26 April 2012 which indicate the removal of the door surround and broken pediment. Recommend window casing and door surround match detailing of those on adjacent house at 3617 O St., NW. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
