Recommend AGAINST concept design for alterations to windows to include a grille of a Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) unit on each window. No objection to the concept of replacing the existing aluminum windows with windows appropriate to the character of the building. Recommend a heating and cooling system that will not require modifications to the windows.
