No objection to concept design for proposed alterations to side yards including gates, brick garden wall, re-grading of side yards at both properties, and for brick terrace and gazebo at rear yard of 3132 P Street as shown in supplemental drawings dated 24 September 2013 which indicate a lawn panel within terrace, provided roof of gazebo is standing seam copper and terrace is permeable on a base of sand and gravel. File new submissions at DCRA of working drawings, including dimensions and details, with separate permit applications for each property for review by the Commission.
