No objection to concept design for proposed selection of replacement window sash and wood storm window to be used for future replacement window proposals throughout the Downing & Vaux Condominiums. Replacement window sashes to be Marvin 6/6 single-glazed all wood sashes with 7/8 inch muntins to match profile and detailing of existing conditions, with wood storm windows to match existing. File new submission at DCRA for each condominium unit, including detailed drawings with dimensions, with separate permit applications for each replacement window proposal for review by the Commission.
