No objection to concept design for proposed additions and alterations, including two-story plus basement rear addition, in-fill of areaway, one-story side addition, replacement of front door with a 7 foot four panel door and transom, metal folding gates at parking pad, and new fence to match existing, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 20 August 2013 which indicate 4/4 windows on two-story addition. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including details and dimensions, with permit application for review by the Commission.
