No objection to issuance of permit for proposed rear addition at basement provided that the first three light fixtures from the street proposed to be mounted in the wall of the ramp are deleted. Coordinate a site visit once the ramp is excavated to evaluate the condition of the exposed wall. No sign was part of this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for the approval prior to issuance of permit.
