No objection to concept design for widened curb-cut and driveway, relocated walls, and chain-link fence and gate per drawings dated 22 August 2013 provided counterbalance for gate is only two to three feet long. Strongly encourage the replacement of chain-link gate and fence with a material appropriate to the architecturally and historically significant estate. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including dimensions, details and cut-sheets, with a permit application for review by the Commission.
