No objection to concept design for proposed back-lit sign for 'Pandora' and for alterations to storefront as shown in alternate option on supplemental drawings dated 29 August 2013 which indicate retention of existing door, transom and surround, and a new 2 foot high masonry base on storefront provided that mechanical louvers, which are not appropriate on the front facade and were not approved, are deleted from the top of the storefront and replaced with full-height glazing, and that logo is removed from proposed awnings. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, including dimensions and details, with permit application for review by the Commission.
