Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations including replacement doors, repair of wood windows and new steps to basement entrance in the front; and one-story addition over existing deck, one-story addition at third floor level, replacement windows, 6-ft high cedar fence, and alterations to window and door openings in the rear. Working drawings conform to recommendations given during concept review. See previous Recommendations (OG 06-051). Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
