Dear Mr. Kayne:
The staff of the Commission of Fine Arts has reviewed the final construction documents for the proposed new gymnasium addition for the Washington Latin Public Charter School in the former Rudolph Elementary School located at 5200 2nd Street, NW. The staff has no objections to the final construction documents for the project as submitted.
With the authority delegated by the Commission at its meeting of 16 October 2014, we approve the final plans for the new gymnasium addition for the Washington Latin Public Charter School, as documented in the materials received and dated 8 January 2015. If there are any additional changes please contact the staff to determine if additional review will be required. As always, the staff is available to assist you with future submissions.
