No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to existing door and window openings in an existing house and garage, including the installation of 2/2 wood replacement windows and the reconstruction of brick ornaments above the window openings in the front facade of an existing house, the conversion of one window to a double-leaf door in the rear facade of the house, the construction of a new entrance to the existing detached garage, and the widening of the existing overhead garage door opening, as shown in materials received and dated 4 September 2015, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
