No objection to issuance of permit for proposed back-lit sign with 11-inches-tall aluminum channel letters reading "The Shade Store" and mounted on raceway above storefront cornice per drawings received 19 May 2016 which indicate temporary construction signs with only the retail name and "coming soon". Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
