Recommendation

No objection to issuance of permit for installation of wood, one-over-one, single-glazed, double-hung windows to fit within original openings, and brick and mortar repair at front bay, including reconstruction of arches at window openings, per supplemental drawings received 9 May 2017, which indicate that steel shall not be used in the reconstruction of the arches at window openings, and existing brick moulding and decorative trim shall be retained when possible. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
