No objection to concept design for site plan and landscaping, per supplemental drawings received 20 April 2018, which indicate the installation of a multi-sport court, play equipment, raised gardens, and brick paving, PROVIDED more shade is added at the western planter and the continuity of the turf is studied. Note that the roof garden was included in the permit approval for the addition in May 2018, but the details of the roof garden will be worked out under this application and should be included in the permit submission for the site work. Submit revised drawings for review by OGB before submitting permit application.
