No objection to the final design for the installation of bollards around the perimeter of the Dolley Madison House, part of the National Courts Complex, located at the corner of Madison Place and H Street, NW, as shown in materials received and dated 3 May 2018. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for the relocation of Gate 3 and site alterations to the existing Gate 3 underpass, as shown in materials received and dated 7 May 2018. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the installation of a replacement entrance gate and the repair of the front wall at the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in the International Center, as shown in materials received and dated 4 May 2018. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the final design for a one-story open-air multi-use pavilion and education garden at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy, as shown in materials received and dated 2 May 2018. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to issuance of permit for new two-story addition, per drawings received 13 April 2018, PROVIDED a materials mockup is viewed by the Old Georgetown Board prior to construction. Note that green roof is included in this approval, but the details will be worked out under permit application for site work and landscaping. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.

No objection to concept design for site plan and landscaping, per supplemental drawings received 20 April 2018, which indicate the installation of a multi-sport court, play equipment, raised gardens, and brick paving, PROVIDED more shade is added at the western planter and the continuity of the turf is studied. Note that the roof garden was included in the permit approval for the addition in May 2018, but the details of the roof garden will be worked out under this application and should be included in the permit submission for the site work. Submit revised drawings for review by OGB before submitting permit application.
