No objection to issuance of permit for alterations, per drawings received 10 July 2018, to renovate historic, contributing Colonial-Revival features and alter fenestration at rear, install new landscaping and alter site at rear, install mechanical units at roof, and install operable wood shutters only to fit existing window openings, PROVIDED paint analysis is submitted to OGB before finalization of paint colors and shutters that do not fit openings are removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
