No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of roof, roof sheathing, and some windows, as needed to match existing, per drawings received 10 July 2018, which indicate that roof structural framing would be retained and repaired, siding would not be removed in its entirety, wall sheathing would be installed on the interior, and trim would be repaired and replaced to match existing. Windows shall be single-glazed, true-divided-lite wood windows. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
