Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a permit for the renovation of and additions to an existing house and site, including modifications to a retaining wall beyond the building restriction line, and for a new freestanding garage, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2018, PROVIDED that the modified retaining wall be clad in stone to match existing walls on the site. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
