No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of three (3) replacement wood double-hung windows and two (2) replacement wood transom windows, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 11 July 2018, PROVIDED that the standard jamb extension and brickmold details be modified to most closely match the existing window dimensions and that the optional subsill not be used. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
