No objection to the issuance of a permit for the temporary sled-mounted installation of nine panel antennas and 12 remote radio heads for Verizon Wireless, as shown in materials received and dated 5 October 2018. Temporary installation will accommodate construction work at the building penthouse; temporary antennas, sleds, and associated equipment shall be removed or relocated in their entirety as soon as penthouse construction work is complete. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
