Recommendation

Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of twelve (12) replacement panel antennas on the roof of an existing building for Verizon Wireless, as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2017. Permit application has been inactive since November 2017 awaiting revised drawings showing the relocation of the existing and proposed gamma sector antennas facing Sixteenth Street, as well as the screen in front of them, to be less visible from Rock Creek Park. Forward a new and completely documented submission, including the relocation of the gamma sector antennas, when ready.
